Sending a Robocall

Robocalls are pre-recorded messages sent directly to voters’ phones or voicemails. They’re a powerful way to make a personal connection with many voters at once. You can even have a respected community member record one as an endorsement.

When to Send Robocalls

You’ll see robocall tasks automatically scheduled in your Dashboard at:

  • 4 weeks before Election Day
  • 2 weeks before Election Day
  • Election week

Start a Robocall Campaign

  1. Find the robocall task in your Dashboard.
  2. Click Schedule.
  3. Select your target audience (who will receive the call).

Choose Your Script

You have three options:

  • Use a saved script
  • Generate a new script
  • Paste in your own script

💡 You might use a pre-written message asking voters to support you, or have a local leader record an endorsement. Consider asking a well-known community member to record a short endorsement — it can boost credibility and connection.

Schedule Your Robocall

  • Pick a date. (Robocalls need 3 days of processing time, so the first available date may not be immediate.)
  • Add any special requests if needed.
  • Click Schedule — and your robocall request is submitted.

Track Your Campaign

  • Once scheduled, your task will be checked off in your Dashboard.
  • You’ll see how many voters are targeted (example: 2,100 voters).
  • Your progress bar will update to reflect new voter contacts.

What Happens Next

  • Your political advisor will review your script and audience.
  • You’ll get instructions on how to record your robocall message.
  • After approval, your robocall will be sent out to voters.

Why This Matters

Robocalls let you speak directly to voters in your own voice (or through a trusted ally), building trust and familiarity. They’re especially effective for reminders and persuasion in the final weeks before an election.

👉 That’s it! You’ve scheduled a robocall that will personally connect with voters at scale.
