What to do if you cannot log into your GoodParty.org account

We are sorry you are having difficulty. There are a few things you can do if you cannot get into your account. 

1. Ensure you are using your correct email. 
Often a small typo can cause a big problem. Please double check that you don't have any typos in your email address. 

If you have multiple email address, please also confirm you are using the correct email — the one you first used when signing up for GoodParty.org.

2. Check your spam filter for the password reset email.
Our password reset email will come from "noreply@goodparty.org" and the subject is: "Reset your password - GoodParty.org"

Sometimes these emails are flagged as spam or sent to a folder in your email. You can request a new password here: https://goodparty.org/forgot-password

3. Clear your cache.
Sometimes you have the correct email, correct password, but are still having difficulty logging in. An additional step is to clear your cache. This differs based on web browsers but here are the instructions for Google Chrome:

Chrome: To clear your cache in Chrome, click the three-dot menu () in the top-right corner, select Delete browsing data (or More Tools > Clear browsing data), choose a time range (e.g., "All time"), check Cached images and files, and click Delete data

Safari: To clear the Safari cache on a Mac, select Safari > Settings (or Preferences) > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All. On iPhone/iPad, go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. (For a faster Mac method, use Option-Command-E to immediately empty the cache.)
