Create Outreach Campaigns Anytime
You don’t have to wait for weekly tasks to appear in your Dashboard. You can launch texts, robocalls, and other outreach campaigns anytime from the Voter Outreach page.
Go to Voter Outreach
- In your dashboard menu, click Voter Outreach.
- Here you can create:
- Text messages
- Robocalls
- Door-knocking campaigns
- Phone banking campaigns
- Social media posts
Create a Text Message Campaign
- Click Create Text Message.
- Choose a script type (for example: Get Out the Vote).
- The system will generate a draft script for you.
- Edit your script before sending:
- Add polling location details
- Include voting hours
- Customize with your candidate’s name or district
Add Media & Schedule
- Upload a photo to go with your message
- This is optional, but makes it more engaging.
- Set a date and time to send your text campaign.
Review Your Campaign
- Once saved, your campaign will appear in a table view on the Voter Outreach page.
- From here you can:
- Copy the script
- Upload your voter contact list
- Track all outreach campaigns in one place
- Copy the script
Campaigns you create through your Dashboard weekly tasks will also show up here automatically — everything is connected.
Keep Building
- You can repeat this same process for robocalls, door knocking, phone banking, and social posts.
- Each campaign type will follow a similar flow: create → customize → schedule → track.
💡 Test sending your script to yourself first — this way you can catch mistakes before voters see them.
