Cancel a Scheduled Campaign

Campaigns are never sent without your email confirmation. If you need to cancel after approving, simply contact your assigned Campaign Success team member or support@goodparty.org at least 24 business hours before the scheduled send date.

Please note that canceling a scheduled campaign is a manual process and we need sufficient notice. Our working hours are 9 am - 5 pm ET, M-F. If you campaign is scheduled to go out over a weekend, you can still reach out for it to be canceled - but we might not be able to get to it in time.
